Shipping Policy

I will package and despatch your order within 1 business day of receipt of your order.

Shipping is only available to the United Kingdom at this stage.  International Shipping will be available next year.

​

Customer orders under £10.00 will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class Postage.

​

Customer orders over £10.00 include free Royal Mail 1st Class Postage. 

 

Royal Mail advises that 1st Class delivery will be made within 1-2 days, although delays due to Royal Mail strike action are possible at the moment.

Returns and Exchange Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges.  Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and despatch items back to me within 21 days of delivery.

I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will do my best to help you.

​

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom orders

  • Digital downloads

Conditions of return

​

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
